MASSAGE

MASSAGE

Massage has been practiced as a relaxation technique and healing therapy for centuries in almost every culture around the world. It involves the manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues to support the musculoskeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems. Our therapists will relieve your muscle tension, reduce your stress and pain, and improve your body’s circulation.

The Mandala Center believes that massage therapy can enhance healing and alleviate a client's ailments while they enjoy a deep sense of relaxation. We offer a variety of specialized massages in order to cater to a client's individual needs.
