Specialized Workshops
Our specialized workshops are comprised of several pre-selected services intended to provide clients with a comprehensive treatment approach to tackling specific health-related issues.
The Mandala Center is an integrated practice comprised of behavioral health and wellness practitioners. Our professionals have merged their specialties to offer holistic options to enhance your wellbeing.
Our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners will evaluate your symptoms, provide information about your diagnosis, explain the possible side effects of your medication, and ensure the medication does not interfere with others you take.
We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy as well as psychological testing by practitioners trained in multiple orientations. We also offer meditation and mindfulness training and hypnotherapy.
Acupuncture restores the balance of energy, called chi, flowing through your body. Correcting blocked and unbalanced energy, through the stimulation of your nervous and immune systems, is the essence of acupuncture.
Our registered dietitians can help you achieve your nutrition goals, whether it's managing your weight, learning how to eat wisely, or dealing with a health condition such as heart disease, diabetes, or high cholesterol.
Massage involves the manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to support the musculoskeletal, circulatory, lymphatic, and nervous systems. Our therapists will relieve your muscle tension, reduce your stress and pain, and improve your circulation.

We offer several fitness classes, all of which are free from the noise and distractions of a typically hectic gym environment. We provide intentionally small classes to afford you more individualized attention from our instructors.
